What we handle

The problems that do not go away on their own.

Tell us which of these sounds like your house. The pro who calls you back will already know what they are walking into.

Ants

Trails back on the counter a week after the spray dried.

Cockroaches

Sightings after dark in the kitchen or under the bathroom sink.

Spiders

Webs rebuilding in the garage, window wells and ceiling corners.

Bed bugs

Bites overnight and dark specks along the mattress seam.

Termites

Mud tubes on the foundation, or trim that sounds hollow when you tap it.

Rodents indoors

Droppings behind the stove and chewed corners on food packaging.

Wasps & hornets

Nests under the eaves, in the soffit, or beside a door you use daily.

Fleas

Specks in the carpet and bites around the ankles after the pet walks through.

Common questions

What homeowners ask before they call.

I spray and the ants come back a week later. Why?
Over-the-counter sprays take out the ants you can see and leave the nest untouched, so the trail rebuilds as soon as the residue fades. A pro works backwards to where they are entering and treats the source instead of the trail, which is why the result tends to hold much longer.
How do I know if it is bed bugs or just bites?
The evidence matters more than the bites: bed bugs leave dark pinpoint specks along the mattress seam, the box spring edge and the back of the headboard. Bites on their own can come from a dozen things. A pro checks those seams and tells you what you are actually dealing with before anything is treated.
I only see roaches at night. Is that a big problem yet?
Seeing them after dark is normal for roaches — seeing them in daylight usually means the population has outgrown its hiding places. Either way, one in the open means more you cannot see. It is worth having somebody look before it moves room to room.
Is that a termite or a flying ant?
The waist and the wings give it away: termites are straight-sided with two pairs of wings the same length, while flying ants are pinched in the middle with a longer front pair. Discarded wings on a windowsill in spring point to termites. Because termites work on the structure itself, this is one worth confirming rather than guessing.
I hear scratching inside a wall at night. Could that be mice?
Scratching low in a wall or behind a kitchen cabinet after dark is a common sign of mice or rats indoors, and droppings behind the stove or under the sink usually confirm it. A pro looks for where they are getting in and closes that off, not just where they are feeding.
Do I need to leave the house while it is treated?
It depends on what is being treated and which rooms are involved — a kitchen ant job and a bed bug job are very different visits. Ask the pro on the call what preparation they want from you and whether pets or children need to be out for a while. They will tell you before they arrive so nothing is a surprise.
